By accessing the Huddle Men’s Health, LLC website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The content of this website is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Program description. Huddle Men’s Health sends text messages to people who have requested a consultation and to existing patients who have opted in. Messages are about scheduling your consultation, appointment confirmations and reminders, and related updates about your appointment or account. This program does not send promotional or marketing messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the text message consent box on a Huddle Men’s Health form. The box is unchecked until you check it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of scheduling an appointment or receiving any service. If you do not check the box, we will not text you.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by calling (425) 233-8623, and we honor opt out requests made by any reasonable means. If you opt out and later want to rejoin, sign up again the same way you did the first time and we will resume sending you messages.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier and on network availability.

Privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through the text message program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://huddlemenshealth.com/privacy-policy.

Compliance. Huddle Men’s Health follows the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Text messages are not a secure channel. Please do not send sensitive health information by text.
